앱을 설치하지 않아도 이 페이지에서 완전 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

두 절차 모두 계정과 관련 데이터의 완전 삭제를 요청합니다. 앱에 로그인할 수 있으면 앱 안에서 즉시 삭제를 실행할 수 있습니다. 앱을 사용할 수 없으면 아래 이메일 절차로 요청해 주세요.

방법 1: 앱에서 계정과 데이터 즉시 삭제

Blurry에 로그인합니다.
설정 → 계정 삭제를 선택합니다.
안내를 확인하고 영구 삭제를 선택합니다.

앱은 서버의 삭제 완료 응답을 기다립니다. 완료되면 Firebase Authentication 계정, 공개 프로필, 저장된 사진·음성, 푸시 토큰 및 계정에 연결된 서비스 데이터를 삭제하거나 익명화하고 로그아웃합니다. 삭제는 되돌릴 수 없으며 동일한 로그인 수단으로 다시 가입해도 기존 계정, 구매 또는 대화를 복원할 수 없습니다. 앱스토어 또는 Google Play 구독은 별도 계약이므로 활성 구독이 있다면 각 스토어에서 직접 취소해야 합니다.

방법 2: 앱을 사용할 수 없을 때 이메일로 삭제 요청

아래 버튼을 눌러 Blurry에 사용한 로그인 방법과 확인 가능한 계정 정보만 보내 주세요. 비밀번호, 인증번호, 전체 카드번호, Apple/Google 비밀번호는 절대 보내지 마세요.

삭제 요청 이메일 보내기

메일 앱을 사용할 수 없다면 support@hyperitycorp.com으로 제목 ‘Blurry 계정 및 데이터 삭제 요청’을 보내 주세요.

요청 후 처리

앱 내 요청: 로그인 인증과 앱 무결성을 확인한 뒤 서버에서 바로 삭제를 실행하고, 성공한 경우에만 완료로 표시합니다.
이메일 요청: 타인의 계정 삭제를 막기 위해 로그인 계정이나 보유 정보로 합리적인 본인 확인을 요청할 수 있습니다.
삭제·익명화: Firebase Auth 계정, 프로필, 저장 사진·음성, 푸시 토큰, 좋아요·매치·채팅·통화 메타데이터, 문의와 AI 동의·계정 연결 심사 메타데이터 등 계정에 연결된 데이터를 삭제하거나 계정과 연결되지 않게 익명화합니다. 단기 해시 기반 AI 호출 제한 기록은 계정을 직접 식별하지 않으며 자동 만료됩니다.
완료 안내: 앱 내 요청은 화면에 결과를 표시하고, 이메일 요청은 지체 없이 처리한 뒤 회신합니다. 본인 확인, 진행 중인 분쟁, 법적 보존 의무로 지연되거나 일부가 제외되면 이유와 예상 범위를 안내합니다.

삭제 뒤 남을 수 있는 정보

결제·공급 기록은 관련 법령에 따라 5년, 소비자 불만·분쟁 기록은 3년 보관할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 서비스 계정 식별자를 삭제 토큰으로 대체하고 접근을 제한합니다.
신고·부정 이용·법적 청구 자료는 사건 처리와 권리 보호에 필요한 최소 범위에서 분리 보관할 수 있습니다.
다른 이용자에게 이미 전달된 메시지나 콘텐츠는 그 이용자의 기록 또는 신고 증거에 남을 수 있으며, 가능한 범위에서 삭제된 계정으로 표시하거나 식별자를 익명화합니다.
운영 Firestore 일일 내보내기 백업은 7일 이내 순환 삭제되도록 구성되어 있어 운영 데이터 삭제 뒤에도 그 기간 동안 암호화된 백업에 남을 수 있습니다.

계정 완전 삭제는 되돌릴 수 없습니다. 유료 상품, 매치, 메시지, 사진 및 음성을 복원할 수 없습니다.

일부 데이터만 삭제하려는 경우

프로필 사진·음성·소개·답변은 앱에서 교체하거나 편집할 수 있습니다. 특정 데이터만 삭제하거나 프로필 AI 안전 심사 동의를 철회하려면 삭제할 항목을 적어 support@hyperitycorp.com으로 요청해 주세요. AI 동의 철회는 향후 전송을 중단하며, 새 프로필 또는 변경 내용을 공개할 수 없게 될 수 있습니다.

Delete your Blurry account and data

You can request complete deletion here even if the app is no longer installed.

Both paths request complete deletion of the account and associated data. If you can sign in, you can run deletion immediately inside the app. If you cannot use the app, use the email process below.

Option 1: Delete the account and data immediately in the app

Sign in to Blurry.
Open Settings → Delete account.
Read the notice and choose Delete permanently.

The app waits for the server to confirm completion. On success, it deletes or anonymizes the Firebase Authentication account, public profile, stored photos/audio, push tokens, and account-linked service data, then signs you out. Deletion cannot be undone, and signing up again with the same method will not restore the prior account, purchases, or conversations. App Store and Google Play subscriptions are separate contracts; cancel any active subscription directly in the relevant store.

Option 2: Request deletion by email when you cannot use the app

Use the button below and provide only the sign-in method and account information we can verify. Never send a password, verification code, full card number, or Apple/Google password.

If the button does not open your mail app, email support@hyperitycorp.com with the subject “Blurry account and data deletion request.”

What happens next

In-app request: After verifying the signed-in account and app integrity, the server runs deletion immediately and the app reports success only after confirmation.
Email request: We may reasonably verify the sign-in account or information we hold to prevent an unauthorized deletion.
Delete or anonymize: We delete or de-link Firebase Auth, profile, stored photos/audio, push tokens, likes, matches, chats, call metadata, support records, and account-linked AI consent/moderation metadata. Short-lived, hashed AI quota records do not directly identify the account and expire automatically.
Confirmation: The app displays the result for an in-app request; we process an email request without undue delay and reply when complete. If verification, an active dispute, or a legal hold delays or limits deletion, we explain the reason and expected scope.

Data that may remain

Payment/supply records may remain for five years and consumer complaint/dispute records for three years where Korean law applies. We replace the service account identifier with a deletion token and restrict access where appropriate.
Report, abuse-prevention, and legal-claim evidence may be isolated for the minimum period needed to resolve the case and protect rights.
Messages or content already delivered to another user may remain in that user's record or report evidence. Where reasonably possible, we display a deleted account or anonymize the identifier.
Daily operational Firestore export backups are configured to rotate within seven days, so deleted data may remain in an encrypted backup during that period.

Complete deletion cannot be undone. Paid items, matches, messages, photos, and audio cannot be restored.

Delete only certain data

You can replace or edit profile photos, voice, introduction, and answers in the app. To delete a specific item or withdraw profile-AI safety-review consent, describe the request in an email to support@hyperitycorp.com. Withdrawal stops future AI transfers and may prevent publication of a new or changed profile.
